Dharmendra pays emotional tribute to legendary actor Dilip Kumar

Dharmendra recently took to his Twitter handle to pay a touching tribute to late actor Dilip Kumar. Dilip Kumar 98, was born in Peshawar in 1922 as Yousaf Khan. He migrated to then Bombay in 1930 along with his family, where he became a legendary actor. He passed away on Wednesday at a hospital in Mumbai. He was hospitalised for the second time in June due to breathing issues.

Dharmendra took to his Twitter handle to share a video. Sharing the video, he wrote, ”Dosto, Dalip Sahab ki rukhsati par … mere …aap ke runde runde jazbaat ye … uss Azeem fankar… uss neek rooh insaan ko…. ek Shradhanjali hai . woh chale gaye ..un ki yaadein na ja payegi”. As soon as he shared the video, fans showered love in the comments section.

Yesterday, Dharmendra shared a picture of himself. He got emotional while sitting on the floor and holding the late actor’s mortal remains at the funeral. He wrote, “Saira ne jab kaha. “Dharam, dekho Sahab ne paplak jhapki hai ” Dosto , jaan nikal gai meri. Maalik mere pyaare bhai ko jannat naseeb kare. Dosto , mujhe dikhwa nahin aata lekin main apne jazbaat par qaaboo bhi nahin paata . Apne samajh ke kah jaata hoon.”

Dilip Kumar was laid to rest on Wednesday with full state honour at Juhu Qabrastan in Santacruz Mumbai with the presence of his family.
